Guatego receives praise for its friendly staff and comfortable seating, with drivers ensuring a safe journey. Passengers appreciate the smooth routes and timely arrivals. However, some users noted challenges such as unclear communication in Spanish, lack of seat assignments leading to standing during parts of trips, limited legroom, and no electricity on board.
Very fluent route, arrived even earlier than planned, good explanation at border (also very quick), food was not that nice and person on the bus spoke very quick (im not spanish) even after I told 2 times I don’t know what he said he kept saying it super fast without trying to explain it

We arrived 2 hours later than planned. We didn’t receive seat numbers on our ticket so we had to stand a part of the trip. There was not enough space for your legs and there was no electricity on the bus. I loved the view during the trip and the fact that the windows were open.
