However, customers suggest more frequent Sunday departures and improvements in seating comfort and bus maintenance. Some mention delays on return trips, lack of snack stops, and USB charging points. The driver's attitude towards passengers could also be improved.

Great professional staff and bus was almost to the minute in time leaving an arriving. Clean bathroom and comfortable seats.

The bus ride in general was okay but we didn't get any blankets or food or drinks and it smelled a little bit like gasoline the whole time

The semi-cama class wasn't very comfortable and I got very little sleep. The road was incredibly potholed and the driver drove off the road to avoid them. Also swerving across the road. They were going very slowly but eventually just went fast along the same road. The bus broke down and caught on fire. We had to evacuate and wait for another bus to come past and take us the rest of the way.
