Buses Igillaima receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and excellent staff attention. Passengers appreciate the cordial service from drivers and attendants. However, some users mention discomfort due to older buses and lack of amenities like catering services or opportunities to stretch during long trips.

The service was great. They even gave us coffee and biscuits after crossing the border into Argentina. And they realised very quickly that the border guard had stamped all the passports with the wrong entry date so we had to go back but it was no problem. Very astute as I would not have noticed and it might have proved a problem for some travellers.
