An hour late left us waiting in a bus stop at midnight. Felt unsafe. Driving was also very fast and felt unsafe too.

Was not direct, stopped multiple times and all lights were switched on every time. Meaning it was almost impossible to sleep. Seat allocations weren't followed or enforced by staff which led to confusion among the passengers in the early hours of the morning. Not ideal.
