I had 3 drivers. The first and second were great but the driver who took over at Knoxville to Nashville was rude, sarcastic. Mean and threatethreatenthreatethreatenethreatethreatenthreand threatened 2 passengers. He made us 45 minutes to an hour into Nashville

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Worst bus journey ever. Had an extended layover with 5 hours from 5am to 10am because there was no bus driver anymore!?! Never again!!
