Bus never arrived and I was in the middle of the desert and I have to take a taxi that cost me 100 euros

The bus was well air conditioned and comfortable. The bus was an hour and a half late to Wadi Rum. The power outlets or WiFi did not work. The driver initially refused to take us to our destination (Aqaba - Movenpick Tala Bay Resort) which we'd pre-paid for and was on our ticket, as we were the only people left on the bus. When he did take us there, he quite aggressively requested a tip, before refusing to help us with our bags because the tip wasn't as large as expected. This was incredibly disappointing, and we will not be booking with JETT bus again.
