Infobus receives positive feedback for its straightforward baggage check-in and check-out process, with some travelers noting a smooth journey overall. However, there are concerns about significant delays in departure and arrival times as well as discomfort due to limited legroom in certain vehicles. Additionally, providing information in English could be beneficial for international passengers.

The bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly and polite to everyone onboarding. The sits are great and comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well. Some pitfalls: I don’t know why, but before coming to get us, the bus passed by the stop about 15-20 mins before departure hour without stopping though. I’ve seen him leave coming up to the stop, so I was worried for some time it won’t come back:) another thing: though it was supposed to be prohibited to eat at all, which is a bit sad:) I found some chips crumbs on my small table. It wasn’t too pleasant. As for other points, everything was great and comfy:) I’ll definitely consider this bus company when visiting Andorra next time.

we booked a bus trip but were caught on the hop & didnt realise it was part train included the train aspect caused us issues in the chq republic & prague with the language difference we almost missed connections which could of spoilt every thing we were lucky it went in our favour.

I didn't not have my trip. The bus driver made me leave the bus because I had a small dog in a travel case on my lap. Even though I had booked and checked they do take dogs.
