Overall the bus journey was good, smooth and on time. However, the driver on the bus certainly has a lot to learn re customer relations. There was a small issue re seat numbers which I queried. It wasn’t nothing major and granted, my French was limited, but he was rude, dismissive and waved me away having not addressed the question I posed! His attitude took away from what was otherwise a pleasant journey. I’m not one usually to complain but the driver is not a good advert for your company. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse when people ask the odd question or need a little help or assistance.
