The first bus from Yorkdale to Sudbury was great and had comfortable seating and the vehicle temperature was just right. The second bus had very stiff seats that were nearly impossible to get comfortable in to the point where they left my back sore and irritated my spinal condition.

Way too many stops. I lost count between Sudbury and the Sault. I understand efficiencies, maximize riders hip.. but that was silly. Co-ordinate central pick up and drop off locations.

There was very little direction as to where the busses were supposed to pick us up. Everyone's standing around asking, is this the Sudbury bus? Is this going to Timmons? Also, the bus was pouring down water onto me and the guy next to me. If it was a full bus and we couldn't move there would have been a huge problem
