Most of my dissatisfaction is not Greyhounds fault. There was a mechanical issue with the bus that caused a delay and then a wreck in the road which put us behind schedule. What I was frustrated with is the fact that customer service couldn’t tell me a thing about it until the bus was already an hour and a half late!
