They apparently forgot that me and another passenger had booked with them. Only after the other passenger called them because we were already waiting for 40min at the airport, they sent someone (who thought his day was already over and was asked to please get us). He told us that we would have to change at Spanish fork (contrary to what my ticket said). When we arrived at Spanish fork, nobody was there. He somehow found out that the other driver was somewhere on his way and attempted to drive into his direction, only to apparently miss him. The other driver drove passed us and had to turn around. It was complete chaos. However, the drivers themselves were lovely and helpful and had nothing to do with it - it is only for them that I am even giving 2 instead of 1 star.
