Users have shared positive experiences with the drivers, highlighting their responsibility and safety on the road. Additionally, some users appreciated how accommodating and helpful the drivers were during trips. However, there are suggestions for improving seat comfort due to narrow spacing and enhancing communication regarding pick-up locations as current signage is unclear.

It was a very nice trip very easy to use and my driver Ron went above and beyond thanks Ron

I appreciate the way the different drivers drove with great responsibility and safety. They could do something to improve the comfort of the seats, since there are too many hours in very narrow chairs. Maybe not have so many chairs that are left unoccupied and make the spaces between the rows wider. They must also have more detailed information on the ticket about the places where the client must stop to wait for the bus, since there is no good signage, they do not specify the address, they do not clarify what type of bus offers the service and the most frustrating thing is that the person who takes the call in the office, does not provide solutions to specific questions about the pick-up points and overly complicates communication in moments of urgency to avoid missing the bus. The above was a very bad experience for me.
