I am really disappointed with my experience. The bus took 25 hours to get to rio de Janeiro not 19 as stated. There seemed to be no reason for this as there was not bad traffic. The bus was full of screaming children and intimidating people. I had brazillians ask to use my phone who I do not know. The bus was dirty with litter being thrown on the floor and the toilet became unusable. The driver did not inform me well of when we were able to get on and off the bus. Overall really disappointing compared to my previous experience with this company
