Bus Tickets from Philadelphia, PA to New York City

The bus was over an hour late and the updates underestimated the lateness and stopped coming after it hit 35 minutes. Then my QR code wouldn't work! Luckily I had the pdf of the ticket and the driver let me on. We sat waiting to leave for a good ten minutes after that. Altogether poor experience.

Do fuss driving myself. Van was clean and driver friendly. Even help me with terminal at JFK.

Horrible - your site literally puts in the wrong pick-up location and if another dispatch driver who happened to be dropping people off near the location that was on the ticket itself hadn't called the driver for our actual trip we would've missed the bus. Why is your pickup location listed as 1995 Franklin Mills Dr with specific instructions to go past the Dave & Busters restaurant and there's an actual sign posting labeled as the pick-up only for your drivers not to pick up from there?

1st time rider. Was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised on the smooth ride and timeliness in arrival and departure.

Easy to get in, driver was amazing and we got to the destination earlier than expected.

Driver was very nice but the bus was filthy. I can understand old, and while the seats and bus were ripped and in not so great condition, the main problem was that the bus was very very dirty. Bad smell too.

This is not your problem, or your fault, but the major bus companies should get together and erect a bus shelter.

Traffic contributed to late arrival in NY. Nice comfortable trip however. I’ll be riding Peter Pan again.

The driver was a handsome, professional. He drove the Best, other than myself. SERIOUSLY, felt safe. I actually went to sleep. He was very communicative with everyone. I've never EVER experienced This great. Thanks to Peter Pan!!

They got me where I needed to go, traffic slowed it down, that's whatever. But the outlets weren't working, and my phone needed to charge, that sucked. Then the driver kept making announcements telling me and the person beside me to stop talking to each other, even though we were being reasonable in our volume. Don't know what his problem was.

The worst experience ever, we got stuck on the highway because the bus kept overheating. Was late to NYC by 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent

The bus was old. It was dirty. It was smelly. Some of the shades were torn. As I was sitting in the second row I was hearing wind coming from the front, yet there were no open windows or windows at all in front of me, which means one of the windows was broken. And the bus stank from I don't know what

Bus did not allowed us inside they said its full already, we did not took this trip
