The bus was scheduled to leave at 11:30 at 12:15 I made arrangements for other transportation. I had no more time to waste on waiting . I did not go on the bus trip, I did not get a refund on my ticket and I was over all very disappointed with the Greyhound transportation and services . I will never use it again I will never recommend it to anyone and I thought it was very unprofessional to be late and not have a departure time . What was even more disappointing is that no one cared about the delays. This seems to be the daily occurrence

Completely dysfunctional, staff had no clue what the schedule was or what bus was going where, and I arrived 2 hours late. Will never ride Greyhound again.
