There was no Ac and it was too hot...everyone was sweating like crazy. Seats were too uncomfortable.

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.
