Allowed a drunk women on the bus who throughout the 9hr bus ride woke everyone up repeatedly, was racist, and did not respect anyone. The bus driver had to pull over because of her. She was known to be drunk by the family member who dropped her off and the bus driver was aware. Unacceptable. I’ll never be riding Greyhound again.

The bus ride was fine however the bathroom in the back of the bus did not have hand sanitizer. I also think there needs to be a better organization when it comes to seating because some people came on the bus saying that they paid for a specific seat and people are already sitting in it. When I originally purchased my ticket online and it comes with a QR code I was not aware until the day of the bus ride that I had to pay an extra dollar to print out the ticket and I think that's ridiculous

What I enjoyed about my trip was that the bus wasn't crowded. Their was garbage bags for deposal. The bus driver ensure everyone was on the bus after rest stop. The journey for me was too long. There was a overhead compartment that keeps making noise which was very much annoying. Apart from that the drivers were really nice and helpful.

I will not use Sprinterbus again. Although the ride was fine going in, it was misleading for the ride to stop and for the passengers to wait for a van to take them to Norfolk . Additionally the sprinterbus staff could not tell us when the van would be coming which forced us all to find alternative cabs.
