If I could rate my experience on the poster pan bus lower than 1 I would. We had to turn the bus around 45 minutes into the trip. Then we stalled on the side of the interstate. That wouldn't have been an issue but the driver was INCREDIBLY rude to myself and other bus patrons once we stalled and never actually apologized for ALL the inconveniences. I absolutely will not recommend or ride on this bus service ever again.

I don’t understand why no staff person said anything about the two hour difference between scheduled arrival and when we actually got there. I had to catch a train and the only reason I made my connection is that I gave myself three hours to get from the bus to the train station. I wanted to use that time to get a meal. As it was, I ran and made it to the train with 20 mts to spare.
