Well-run, high quality bus company. Much better than anything we have in the US in terms of comfort, staff professionalism, and bus quality and care. Well worth the extra money over the regular buses here.

Bus ride was fine but the bathroom was not great. The lock on the door gave out and the receptacle for the toilet paper was not big enough.
We made the driver wait for us to go to a bus station bathroom when he stopped to stretch his legs
