It was not easy to find where exactly in the bus terminal the bus was departing from. The location in the app always seemed to be very generalised and lacked information. The bus was not that comfortable, no air conditioning and was overcrowded. It did however run exactly on time which was good. We also wanted an earlier bus, to which the company obliged and honoured our tickets.
