F**king disgraceful. The cancelled my ride within couple hours of the departure and I really need it that ride to catch a an important flight and ended up paying for an emergency ride that costed me hundreds of dollars because of flixbus lack professionalism and commitments.
Very disgraceful and the flix company doesn't even have a costumor service very pathetic.

The driver was rude. I was putting my coat on slowly because of an injury ( I was the last person on the bus) and he just stared at me as I said” I’m going, I’m just putting my coat on” . He said “ I’ve got to get going now . I was only a couple of seconds till I was off. Very rude man.
