Really comfortable seats, however our bags were moved against the engine in the bag storage and the heat melted some of the bags and belongings. Our ‘tickets’ that were printed at the office were just a list of all the passengers with our name circled, but the list included passport numbers that were distributed to all passengers. My power outlet stopped working during the 12 hour journey.
