Bus leaving Great Barrington was 40 minutes late and it was freezing outside. I was at the front of the line but when the driver came out to say anyone putting luggage in the luggage compartment had to do that first and than check in so I lost my place in line. The seats were very uncomfortable. My seat slanted down towards the floor so I kept slipping in the seat. On a 4 hour ride, this is unacceptable.
