I bought a ticket to go to the airport in Porto. The bus drove right by the airport & did not stop. I got off several miles away from the airport and had to pay 60$ to get a ride from Uber back to the airport. I almost missed my flight. Overall not a good experience at all. The bus driver even told me when I got on the bus that we would stop at the airport.

Three (3) sears assigned to us were occupied by another passenger and we were made to seat on some other seats.
Driver was also quite rude and not hospitable. We accidentally went off the wrong stop and we were called names and yelled at by the driver. He also was very unhelpful when asking questions before the ride and was even rude as we were departing the bus.

Traveling from Fatima to Coimbra by Flixbus was OK,again OK from Coimbra to Porto/ Airport.On the 2nd green bus was phone charging on the board possible. But bus changing in Coimbra was just terrible,no toilets available,no screens about bus arrivals.I was waiting there ( under the bridge) 1 hour.You have no clue,which Flixbus will be yours.Fortunately the Busparking lot with the bays is not too big .( Busdrivers have your booked names, they can easy control by the scanner all pasengers before they board the bus).So sometives buses leave earlier,if all are aboard I asume.
