On the ticket, the departure station is Edirne central bus station. The time of departure is at 1,30 o clock.
But, the Edirne central bus station is closed at 22 o clock.
Where are the people supposed to wait for the bus?

I am very dissatisfied with the service.
It took 10 hours for a distance of 290 km between Edirne and Sofia which should take no more than 5 hours including border crossing.
First the was 2 hours late starting from Edirne.
Nobody gave us any information when it is coming.
Then we spent 40 minutes at a supermarket close to the border on the Bulgarian side for no reason at all.
The driver was alone so he had to waste time checking tickets, etc.
I will not travel with this company on this route again.
