There was a delay of over 2 hours. Apart from, this, the waiting location was very clean with clean toilets, the train staff was very polite, the train was very clean and comfortable, and there is a paid parking lot (with a kiosk right next to it) for those that need to park and ride the train. I didn't buy food but it was good that they had food for sale on the train. This was my first time taking the VIA Rail and I was very impressed overall. I will use them more often. The waiting location is unstaffed/unmanned but there is a QR code right at the entrance for the purchase of tickets. It is self-service.
