Departure time was 5:55am and I was asked to be there 30 minutes early. I arrived at 5:30am and by 6:00am did not have a bus at the pickup location. Called the service line 6+ times over the next 20 minutes and got no answer. Finally got an answer at 6:23am and was told the bus was still 10-20 minutes away.
This puts the departure time 45-60 minutes behind schedule. This would have made me late for a meeting, so I was forced to book an Uber to make my meeting in time. Was refused a reimbursement even though the company was unable to fulfill their own time commitment. Very disappointed in the service and response time by the company.
