Firstly I wanted to go to Ballina not Byron Bay but your online booking said it couldn’t be booked so consequently paid $20 extra for the Byron Bay ticket and hopefully get a lift back but upon boarding coach the driver said that he will be going to Ballina and all was good. The coach was overcrowded and was leaking water through the roof and a number of people got soaked

Issues I faced: Not enough aircon settings as i felt travel sick and was very stuffy on the coach. Also the toilet door was very ridged and couldnt open and close safely.
