Greyhound Australia receives praise for its comfortable buses and pleasant drivers. This was the first time we travelled via Greyhound and had an excellent experience. The coach was clean and comfortable for long distance travel. The driver was friendly explained the ground-rules very clearly. We will recommend Greyhound to family and friends and will definitely use the service again.

Service is very good,on time departure and arrival,however the toilets at the back smells a lot for the backseat passengers.In that way ,some hygeine should be maintained.

Very comfortable seat and bus drivers are friendly and approachable. The only setback was coming to a seat where the previous passenger had left all his/her food wraps and empty cans behind - it was very disappointing
