I didn't get on the bus because the web site directed me to the old bus station which had been closed down, the rep on the information line told me wrong info about the bus coming late half an hour. I traveled 25 minutes to the new site and missed the bus by 4 minutes, while the bus came late only by 6 minutes. Bad info on the web site, wrong info by the info rep. Ruined my plans and caused me a large loss of money because I had to take a plane which cost a huge amount on the last moment. To sum up, I got awful service from Greyhound.

Understandably, it was late due to whether. The driver was very nice, knowledgeable and kept safety first . Don't remember his name ,but it was bus # 86294, he was concerned about the safety of the 2 men who were at the Mansville station and took steps to help them. He was very courteous and concerned about them. I do however ,have always had a problem with the bathrooms, they are nasty and dirty- in Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland , (Cleveland is little better ). , but all could be improved . I know it is hard with all kinds of people coming and going, but they do it at rest areas on the road and airports, so I feel they can be a lot better. Thanks and God bless

Absolutely terrible experience. Bus departed an hour late. Arrived at the first destination late. Bus driver did not respect anyone's time. Dissapeared for 25 minutes in columbus at the greyhound station, to eat, I believe. I did not get back to Cleveland until 11:30, and the arrival time was supposed to be 10:05. Next to my seat, excessive heat was being blown out, to the fact in which I was dropping sweat. Bus sounded very unsafe.
