I received a phone call from Ryder letting me know my my schedule had changed as of September 1 and my bus was leaving at 7:30. Period 24 hours before my boss I received an email from bus bad Reminding me that my bus was leaving at 9 o’clock. I was a little bit confused but since I had the ticket on my phone and it said 730 I stayed with that. It was confusing and might have been more so for other people. The agent at the bus stop took a screenshot photo of my email so hopefully password receive that and will realize they need to upgrade their system. Only other comment and wasn’t really a problem for me but for some reason we lost our Internet completely about halfway through the trip. One of the young ladies on the bus was using the Internet for work and was obviously distressed. That is the only reason I only get four stars. Otherwise I thought the service was excellent, enjoyed the trip, driver was very helpful and informative
