I used Pacífico twice. Both times the arrival time was delayed by 1.5 - 2.5 hours. The bus was dirty both times. In my first bus ride, the bathroom and the AC did not work. In the second bus ride, the seats were broken and would not sit upright. Other companies are much cleaner and more comfortable.

We bought our bus tickets online for a Pacifico bus from Bucerias to Guadalajara to pick up outside Vallarta Plus in Bucerias at 10:05 am. We arrived at the stop at 9:30 and waited until 11:00 and no Pacifico busses were heading for Guadalajara. We ended up having to go inside to Vallarta Plus to get another bus ticket to Guadalajara. The online checkin system seemed really organized and it was disappointing to have no bus show.
