Loved that it was easy, one ticket, the bus waited for us at the stop. I wished there was more information. I did not know that the bus was waiting at the dock before I came. I did google and the ferry company's site said I should be there 1 hour before if I were to check in luggage, but that was not true, and to shock in luggage was apparently optional, but the ticket did not say so. The journey was easy, I just want more explanation in advance. But everyone was really friendly

On my return journey today I could not board on the bus Glasgow-Cairnryan. Asked if I could board on Ayr bus (same route to Cairnryan) No flexibility in changing station to Ayr). Had already bought ticket. Had to change holiday accommodation due to flooding up north Scotland.
Hannon Coaches receives high praise for its clean, comfortable buses and friendly, professional drivers.
