I had to get my ticket from the Atlantic City Greyhound Depot..The service agent (Ms Scott) was sitting in the back office for 15min at approximately 6:20 am..while no one was at the front desk..When she came to the front desk she was very rude and acted as if someone interrupted her from eating her last meal...There shoud be no room for someone who represents your company with such a disrespectful and vile attitude..as if I'm bothering her with my questions. I thought she was there to help customers not hinder them from a possible next trip or putting in referrals to knew customers...other than Ms Scott ,all drivers were Outstanding.
