The bus was late to leave with more than two hrs and no explanation given, When i asked I was told it will be 'just 30 mins late' as if that was not a big deal! it was as if I had nothing to do...Very very poor service, very poor indeed! and annoying that there was no explanation as to why .. or a call, message or email earlier notifying us the bus would be late

Horrible experience. I bought a bus ticket to get to the airport and was never notified that the bus was running 3 1/2 hours late. I ended up having to cancel my ticket and take a last min taxi to rent a vehicle for 172 dollars so that I did not miss my flight. I’m disappointed in greyhound and I will not use them in the future as they are unable to send notifications when plans change
