the worst transportation company I have ever spent money on traveling, they disrespect people, they make changes to the trip itineraries to suit their convenience, I spent more than 10 hours lying in the bus station in Eri, Pennsylvania, I bought a ticket weeks in advance from New York to Cleveland, which had a transfer from Buffalo to Cleveland, According to the itinerary, upon arriving in Buffalo I had to get on the route specified on my ticket to Cleveland, taking a 25 minute wait for said transfer, we arrived in Buffalo at 7:25 am, I went to the customer service window, showed my ticket and they told me to wait at door # 2, it is about to arrive, after 25 minutes the bus to Cleveland arrived, I made my line to enter it, the driver scanned my ticket and allowed me to continue to the bus, without problem, after a few hours we arrived at the Eri station Some passengers get on. Here, the driver asks for the tickets again, among them she scans mine and gets me off the bus in a rude manner yelling at me, get off my bus, and kicks me out without giving me any explanation, I am a Spanish speaker but I understand and know some words in English, I tell her that I don't understand, standing at the door of the bus, she pushes me and tells me to get off my bus and buy a ticket and points to the company's ticket office, I enter the station but everything was closed and the bus was starting up without even having handed over my suitcase that was in the vehicle's storage room, in a bad way she opens the door, lowers it and closes the door again as if preventing me from getting on again, which made me feel like a criminal, she tells me to take out my suitcase, turns to look at me and with a mocking laugh on her face she leaves, I tried to contact the company's telephone line but it was not possible, I had to ask a friend for help who is from this country and he called and the solution What they gave me was to put me on a new bus that goes through Eric which goes at 9:30 pm and arrives at 11:30 pm to Cleveland, without caring if I am sick or if I have any special needs, work or personal commitments which I had to fulfill, forcing me to stay here to wait for the bus for more than 10 hours and now they tell me that they need to close the building and they took me out to the street to wait the remaining 3 hours for it to arrive without caring about their clients, this is the treatment they give us, I demand respect and equality and that they compensate me for my lost time due to their bad behavior since information about the change of itinerary when I was already traveling to Eric at 8:23 am they sent said email with their changes and I had already been traveling for 40 minutes and it was not until I got here and had a telephone signal that it really arrived in my email.
