Staff were rude. They dropped Mr at the border then told me the next hus will take me to the airport. I sat there for over 2 hours and missed my flight because the next bus never came. My data didn't work as I was on the Brazilian side (Argentinian sim card) so I couldn't book an Uber, and I had no cash for a taxi because I was leaving the country so used it all up. Eventually someone else came along and I had to get a taxi with them but it was horrendous

Left us at the border, so we had to get an Uber! Was all very chaotic - some got off the bus at the border and some didn’t.

I booked and paid for my trip to the falls got abandoned in Brazil for an hour then got took to the wrong destination then got returned to my starting point never saw the falls completely waste of time and money this company is a joke.
