Overall the journey was fine, but I was disappointed by the indifference of the company to extortion by cambistas at the Guatemalan border, who took money from travellers illegally. They stood next to us and made it look legitimate. A warning during the journey would have been sufficient. Surely they should take greater care of paying passengers and potential future clients?
