The bus was 3.5 hours late and the toilets were grubby and without hand soap. The seats themselves were very comfortable though and the crew very kind.

I hate to be a complainer, but this was the worst bus rise I’ve ever been on. Primary beacuse the roof leaked when it rained and got me and other passengers very wet. Also there was no air conditioning, no water in the toilets with which to wash my hands and the service was running about 30 minutes late.

Bus was freezing cold. My suitcase that was in the bottom of the bus had clearly had someone try and go through it. The main zip was locked but someone unzipped the extension zipper trying to access my stuff and went through everything in the exterior pockets

Really comfortable seats, however our bags were moved against the engine in the bag storage and the heat melted some of the bags and belongings. Our ‘tickets’ that were printed at the office were just a list of all the passengers with our name circled, but the list included passport numbers that were distributed to all passengers. My power outlet stopped working during the 12 hour journey.
