Tour Express has received mixed reviews from its users. Many appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers, noting clean vehicles with functioning air conditioning in some instances. However, there were concerns about unclear pick-up locations, inconsistent driving practices such as speeding or tailgating, and issues like overcrowded vans instead of expected buses. Additionally, communication was predominantly in English without attempts at bilingual service. Some passengers also noted discomfort due to tight seating arrangements and a lack of enforcement on noise policies during trips.

The driver was very nice and arrived early, unfortunately he had to switch the vehicle because of a technical problem, but he was quick and upfront about the issue. Nice quiet ride and no issues. It's a tight ride in a van but all the passengers were very quiet and easy to ride with. I will be using the service again.

They picked us up on time. The car was clean, had air conditioning, and the driver was professional. What I didn't like was that he was tailgating the other cars, which made us nervous, not to mention the bad smell from the driver's armpits, which filled the car the entire way.
