We left McAllen late. We arrived at Reynosa and were NEVER told we had to switch buses. We ended up on the wrong bus because nobody told us we had to switch.

going into Reynosa was good, coming back was bad, the 1:10 pm bus going to McAllen was cancelled. u had to ride in the GRAYHOUND AND PAY $ 5.00 I asked the ticket agent about getting my money back and he said that I could not because I purchased the ticket on line.

stops are too long- they allow people to get on throughout the route just to give them a ride from one point to another. multiple stops that are not in the route. this makes the trip three times longer.
