According to user feedback, Santo Anjo provides a comfortable travel experience with spacious reclining seats and leg rests. Passengers appreciate the WiFi connection, excellent drivers, and good organization. Additionally, the buses are noted for their punctuality in both departure and arrival times as well as efficient baggage handling.

Incredible experience, very easy to use, extremely comfortable & polite efficient staff. The CAMA seats were worth the extra costs! I would suggest that once tickets are purchased that the email with the ticket attached should be sufficient. When you’re travelling it’s not easy to find a place to print. Especially given the printed copy was then shown to staff at Santo Anjo prior to the journey to then receive another printed ticket. Completely unnecessary. Highly recommend however Santo Anjo for bus travel in Brazil.
