I enjoyed the trip but the 1st bus i booked left us we were running late n tried calling the office and only the answering machine was available, if this can change it will be so much better because if we cud have got through and advised we are running a bit late maybe we cudnt have missed it. Or maybe get the driver to contact us if no show. That will be great service.
