A little confusion about which gate and time but resolved instantly. Great ride through the city. Highly experienced bus driver (know his bus well). Knowledgeable about the sites as well. Great job Sir!

The journey was good. I can't get give full stars because the bus was late, no one at the station knew why (one guy there even told me false information and said I missed my bus). The driver did not help me put my suitcase in the bus.
