The service was amazing and the bus was very comfortable. I loved that we arrived in Bulawayo on time and the staff welcomed us with much love and warmth, I really felt special. Imperial Lane should keep up the good work. However improvements can be done on the WIFI as it kept going on and off then ended up not working totally. Overall the journey was amazing.

I was told it departs from parkstation, yet it's misinformation. I personally didn't like the lie. we were told they the bus will leave at 3pm. to get to parkstation at 2:30.only then we were taken by a bakkie to power house, and was told it's leaving at 4. and it left at 5:30pm. but the journey went well
