PO Harapan Jaya, founded in 1977 by Alm. Harjaya Cahyana, initially operated three bus units on the Tulung Agung-Kediri-Surabaya route. In 1993, they added a new route, Tulung Agung-Jakarta. The company focuses on passenger safety and comfort. Presently, they serve the Trenggalek-Tulungagung-Surabaya route with 24-hour service via Kertosono and Pare lines, offering Patas Buses and Economy Buses. Patas Buses feature full AC, reclining seats, and Mercedes Benz or Hino engines, while Economy Buses have AC or non-AC facilities and 60 seats with Mercedes Benz or Hino buses.
