good: the timing was perfect. the first driver drove very well. bad: no information about the change of vehicle (during really strong rain), AC was on full blast and no possibility to turn it off (19 degrees, freezing!), radio was too loud, driver drove recklessly (during intense rain going 30 over the speed limit and overtaking normal cars with a bus) all the bad stuff happened on the second ride

The gate was not in the screen. I went to the office and they sent me to other place. I arrived at the hour but the driver was mad because he was about to leave and he had to wait 2 min for me to leave the luggage
