Excellent service, very polite driver and enjoyed the overall journey. Only negative point was that the original pickup time changed from 12:45 to 12:10 yet the bus didn't arrive until 12:30 without any additional information on the delay. It was not as problem to wait, just slightly stressful thinking that something had gone wrong. For future reference, your customers would enjoy a proactive notification to inform of similar delays. Otherwise the experience was great and I would highly recommend the service

Did not enjoy 1. the cold temperature in the van due to window slightly open during the entire trip 2. Lack of adequate pick up waiting area and drop off area during cold windy weather 3. Lack of consideration to customer comfort and unwillingness to customer request for alternative more comfortable drop off areas during very cold windy weather
