According to multiple reviews, the bus service consistently arrived extremely late at the destination. Additionally, customers reported that the toilet was dirty and smelly on board.
The staff at the office is supper nice and warm welcoming with excellent customer service however the drivers need improve on their driving skills. The first driver from Mthatha was speeding and not observing learners regulations, he would overtake on solid lines. The other driver was driving very well, from Kokstand to PMB the weather was not good but I was comfortable with the second driver.

Overally I did not enjoy my journey. In Pretoria, the guy who was loading asked me for R50 and never gave me a receipt. I felt that was quite unprofessional. The bus left for Joburg and we were offloaded at the rank. The driver (B860 bus) was quite rude to me. It was announced on the bus that certain people had to remain whilst others had to disembark. I checked with him, since there was no mention of my destination but the rudeness that came from him just surprised me. I struggled for close to 45 minutes trying to locate which coach I had to use. Please take note that I had luggage. I was so disappointed. Let me not continue with what disappointed me but the fact is that I never expected that from Eldo. The buses are real machines but the human resource and the strategies used need serious attention. My trip was from Pretoria to Queenstown and not Pretoria to Johannesburg and then Johannesburg to Queenstown.
