Comes has received positive feedback for its punctuality and the friendly, safe driving of its drivers. The buses are generally clean, although some users noted limited seating space. However, there were occasional issues with ticketing via the app and a lack of onboard amenities like Wi-Fi.

Everything was easy, I printed out our tickets. The bus station was well located and signage meant we found the bay easily. There was an employee on hand to answer queries. The driver arrived in good time and we set off punctually. comfortable and clean air conditioned coach with usb charger available. Arrived on time, would definitely use this company again!

I didn't realize that the bus would make so many stops enroute. It would have been nice to have that stated when ordering the ticket. We also ordered tickets online and the bus driver was not able to read the scanned tickets from our phones. Thankfully she let us on after deliberating a bit and saying they were 'no vale'.

The journey was fine and punctual etc. The issue I had was with the app in that the tickets wouldn't download and they disappeared from my curent tickets on the app, before we had left! fortunately i had the email but the app was not impressive for that reason
